Overview

This award-winning environmental education series offers fun “snapshots” that promote learning about the unique geology and wildlife of North Alabama and inspire the next generation of land stewards to continue to protect our natural heritage. June choices are Fishing at Harvest Square Preserve, Critters Can Tell the Tale, Bluebirds on Bankhead and Herps on Monte Sano. July programs are 1/4 Million Endangered Gray Bats, Where the Wild Things Have Been and Float on Flint Creek. Canoeing and kayaking requires a fee and floaters must be 10 and up. All activities are for children with a parent.
