A.M. Booth's Lumberyard Kitchen is a locally owned and operated venue that serves meals and snacks made from fresh ingredients, prepared daily and sourced locally whenever possible. Chef Ruth Mercado designs menus to that appeal to varied pallets and match the eclectic vibe of what locals call "The Lumberyard."
The Taproom's bistro setting is the backdrop for an impressive dinner menu. Dinner service begins at 5 p.m. with a focus on appetizers ideal for sharing, generous portions and creative entrees. The menu also features over 30 beers on tap as well as wine and hand-crafted cocktails. The Taproom hosts brunch on weekends from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Lumberyard Kitchen serves breakfast, brunch, sandwiches and fresh, inventive salads Tuesday through Friday until 3 p.m. Diner-style counter service hearken back to the day's of Chef Mercado's earlier restaurant concepts 3 Skillets and Sandwich Farm. The Kiln serves up scratch-made bar snacks and killer burgers from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. Creative options like jalapeño hushpuppy sliders, roasted brussels sprouts and felafel fritters share the menu with more traditional bar fare like Chef Mercado's sweet and spicy wings.
The Kiln also serves a full lunch menu and brunch items Tuesdays through Fridays until 3 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays we fire up the grill in The Courtyard where we serve up varied, but always delicious selection of grilled meats and vegetables.
