• Amenities: Sharon Johnston Park is home to a 33 site RV/campground park. We have both wooded and open areas available for campers. All of our sites provide water and electric hookup, an asphalt pad, picnic table, and trash receptacle. The campground contains two bathhouses (one has been newly renovated), 2 picnic shelters, plus all the amenities Sharon Johnston Park has to offer.

Recreation & Park Amenities

• Park Amenities: The park includes: -Twelve acre fishing lake, stocked with catfish, bass, brim, crappie. Fishing 6:30 a.m. to 30 minutes before Sundown, 7 days a week. EVERYONE must have a fishing park permit. Permits may be purchased at the park’s main office or at poolhouse during pool hours. NO boats, canoes or wading fishing permitted. -Olympic size swimming pool where children can take swimming lessons. Pool is open Saturday, May 28th – Monday, September 5th. Large open deck upstairs overlooking pool. -Campground facilities - 33 site RV/campground park. We have both wooded and open areas available for campers. All of our sites provide water and electric hookup, an asphalt pad, picnic table, and trash receptacle. The campground contains two bathhouses. - small picnic shelters and large pavilions with open air barbecue grills - playground - shooting range has three skeet fields, three trap fields, five stand, a covered, 50 yard pistol, black powder, and rimfiire rifle range. Climate controlled clubhouse has chilled water, a refrigerator, microwave oven, and indoor restrooms. Open to the public every Saturday and Sunday (except Christmas and New Year's Day weekends) from 10:00 am until 3:00pm. -arena is a pioneer-style horse arena. The arena contains concrete bleachers, picnic tables, a pavilion with restrooms and a concession area.
