Press Trip Guidelines

Huntsville/Madison County CVB receives numerous media assistance requests each month. In order to best serve you, we ask that the following guidelines be followed when requesting press trips to Huntsville:

• Complete the Media Assistance Form located within the "Media Section" of the Huntsville/Madison County CVB Web site.

• We encourage media to contact the Huntsville/Madison County CVB marketing department approximately two full weeks before traveling to Huntsville so that we may adequately prepare for a successful visit.  While no formal press trips are scheduled at this time, if you're working on an article or have a letter of assignment and you'd like to schedule an individual press trip, please contact Charles Winters, Vice President of Marketing, 256-551-2235, email. 

• Huntsville/Madison County CVB asks for an original article or a copy of the original article, a VHS, DVD or electronic copy of all Huntsville/Madison County travel pieces that are produced.
