Scarecrow TrailFall is in the air so that means the Scarecrow Trail is open at the Huntsville Botanical Garden.  The theme this year is Once Upon A Time so you’ll see favorites from nursey rhymes and storybooks.  Traditional, absolutely outrageous, funny, scary, larger than life scarecrows & hay bale art are scattered throughout the Garden. There is also the amazing sorghum maze & hayrides every weekend until the end of October.

THANKSGIVING DAY HIKE

We'll walk down Alms House Trail to Historic Three Caves then ferry drivers back to the Bankhead parking lot on this four mile moderate to difficult hike.  Wear sturdy shoes & bring water.  All dogs must remain on leads. 

Take Pratt Avenue to Bankhead Parkway, cross Tollgate Road.  The parking lot is 1/2 mile further on the right.  Meet at the information kiosk.
