Freedom 5K & The Independence Mile

The courses will be certified and will have chip timing. All runners will receive a singlet with all that 'Murica loving July 4th theme. Post race they will grill hot dogs and have drinks for participants.

PACKET PICKUP WILL BE AT RUNNINGLANE on Wednesday from 11am-5pm AND Thursday from 11am-5pm.

RACE DAY Packet Pickup:

They STRONGLY encourage everyone to pick up packets if at all possible on Wednesday & Thursday from 11a-5p That said, they will have packet pickup morning of the race from 6:00am - 6:45am near the start finish line on Church Street (near this address: 200 Church St SW, Huntsville, AL 35801). Please note the race will start at 7am sharp!
