Pleasant Hill Farms is pleased to announce they are offering another Sourdough Bread 101 Class because of the overwhelming response!
Join them for a sourdough experience. They will be providing everything needed while they show you how to make sourdough loaf bread and rolls. Their sourdough starter has been in the family for 5 generations. This sourdough bread is very mild and only needs to be fed once a week which makes it very easy to work with on a busy schedule.
You will be leaving with the knowledge of basic sourdough skills, a 1/2 loaf of bread, their family recipe along with your very own starter.
