Good Day Kids Fest
Every May, local parenting blog Rocket City Mom partners with Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment for Good Day Kid’s Festival, a free event for kids to learn, interact and have fun. Festival themes change every year, but past themes have included blues music and eco-friendly activities. Families can enjoy games, food, inflatables, puppet shows, scavenger hunts and demonstrations of music, dance and even martial arts.
Each year, the always-bustling event ends with the traditional Good Day Parade around Lowe Mill. The event is free, but a love offering is encouraged to help support future Lowe Mill kids’ activities.
