La Esquina Cocina culminates a 30-year family venture that started as a small Mexican tienda offering a handful of menu items. In keeping with the family’s love of authentic Mexican cuisine, they have introduced Mexican tapas to Huntsville with the goal of sharing more of their culture through delicious food.
