~ The Art Tour of Homes returns Saturday, January 28th ~

Huntsville, AL – Arts Huntsville’s Art Tour of Homes, presented by Legend Realty, returns for its second year on Saturday, January 28th. Once again, five local homeowners and art enthusiasts will open their homes to inspire visitors to start or grow their own collection of art. The Art Tour of Homes will take tour goers to Monte Sano, Blossomwood, Twickenham, the Medical District and Jones Valley. Attendees will experience a variety of collections and décor styles.

The Art Tour of Homes will be held Saturday, January 28th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance. Tickets can be purchased online or at the Arts Huntsville office in the Von Braun Center, 700 Monroe St., Suite 2. The Arts Huntsville office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Tickets may be purchased using cash or check.

The homes featured this year include: the Monte Sano home of Chuck Vaughn; the Blossomwood home of Chris Russell and Sharon Doviet; the Twickenham home of Donna and Mike Castellano; the Medical District home of Pat Ammons and Lee Roop; and the Jones Valley home of Beth Griggs.

Arts Huntsville hopes that by showcasing how art is part of living spaces, tour-goers will gain a greater understanding of how anyone, at any price point, can use art to enhance their environments. Each home and collection tells a story of its own and offers a glimpse at the pieces and artists your neighbors love.

This event serves an opportunity to learn about the Huntsville area’s growing and thriving arts community. Tour attendees will be provided with a guide to local galleries and visual art venues. Homes are sponsored by Pic A Frame, Richard & Company Interior Design, Sweet Pineapple and the Little Green Store & Gallery.
