HUNTSVILLE, AL – Huntsville/Madison County Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is excited to welcome a new team member and announce a current team member’s new role within the organization.
The CVB is happy to announce that Brooke Isom joined the team as Administrative Assistant in July. As the Administrative Assistant, Brooke will be the first point of contact for those who contact the CVB by phone or email. She will also assist in keeping the CVB’s online events calendar at Huntsville.org current on area-wide events that may draw visitors to Madison County. A Huntsville native, Brooke graduated from Grissom High School in Huntsville and later from the University of North Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Communication. Brooke has a passion for Huntsville and is thrilled about all the growth and everything that Huntsville has to offer!
Furthermore, The CVB is delighted to announce that Erica Bradford, an esteemed member of the CVB for the past six years, has embraced an exciting new opportunity within the Tourism Sales Department, commencing on October 1. In her new capacity as Tourism Sales Manager, Erica will be instrumental in showcasing Huntsville and Madison County as a premier destination for packaged domestic leisure group travel. She will also spearhead the CVB’s Educational Escapes program, tailored specifically for the student and youth travel market. Furthermore, Erica will play a pivotal role in coordinating annual promotions such as Tourism Month and Culinary Month alongside the Vice President of Tourism, Pam Williams.
"Given her extensive background in the hospitality industry and invaluable experience within the CVB, we are confident that Erica will excel in her new role and make significant contributions to our community through her efforts in the leisure travel market.
