What I love about late Summer is seeing restaurants taking advantage of fresh seasonal ingredients. Fresh fruits and vegetables at their peak, including tomatoes, peaches, corn, cucumbers, watermelon, and fresh herbs, make their way onto menus across the Huntsville area. Whether you’re looking for summer menus with seasonal ingredients, lighter options that aren’t so heavy on the stomach, or patio seating for summer evening dining, this is your guide to eating your way through Huntsville in late summer.

Their crispy fish taco is beer-battered Louisiana catfish, shredded cabbage, homemade crema, salsa macha, and pomegranate.
