Tennessee Valley’s icon for honey glazed spiral sliced ham and overstuffed sandwiches, Apple Lane Farms accommodates to all of their customers’ meaty needs. The slow smoked ham of 24 hours or longer over hardwood seals in the bursts of flavor. Hams are spiral sliced and fire glazed with honey and spices daily in the store. The menu has grown since 1997 to include their signature over stuffed sandwiches, fresh baked and made from scratch pies, and box lunches for the corporate customers, but the idea always stands that something can always be improved upon.
