As a Northerner living in the South, I’ve learned that nothing elicits fighting words between friends better than discussing your favorite football team OR who has the best fried chicken sandwich. From classic stand-bys to unique takes with bold (and spicy!) flavors, there’s something for every taste and craving.

For a flavor-packed rendition of the classic sandwich, visit this local sports bar staple for their “Royal Rooster.” It features fresh, jumbo Mojo-marinated fried chicken breast, Monterey jack, applewood-smoked bacon, brioche bun, and scratch-made honey mustard.
