Red Door Retreat

When planning your next visit to Huntsville, there are lots of options out there when deciding where you will lay your head down at night. For the more adventurous traveler who wants the lodging to be just as unique as the rest of the trip, Huntsville’s locals offer some very interesting options.

In full disclosure, yes, I am an Airbnb Superhost and we welcome travelers from around the country into our home tucked away just outside the Huntsville city limits in Monrovia at the #RedDoorRetreat

One of the cool things about staying in Airbnb’s while traveling, is the other people you come across and the feeling that you are truly part of the fabric of the community during your stay, not merely passing through.

Hosting inside my home and serving cooked to order European inspired breakfast each morning for our guests, gives me plenty of time to chat with folks and find out how they found us and why they are visiting. I am happy to report 100% of the people we have interacted with say they were pleasantly surprised to find Huntsville offers everything they would expect from a mid-sized city, plus the hometown feel and friendly welcome.

There are dozens of Airbnb listings in the area with new properties being offered all of the time, but here are a few you have got to check out, after you stay with us at the Red Door Retreat, of course 😊
