A New Jersey native and a journalism graduate of Auburn University. Bud has worked in a virtual cross-section of journalism – newspaper, magazine, TV, online – since 1978. He has written stories that range from local to state to national and even international, including sports, entertainment, business, and politics. At age 24, Bud was hired as sports editor of the Huntsville News and was the nation’s youngest sports editor at a daily newspaper. He has lived in Huntsville since 1979 and is married with three sons and six grandchildren.
