Hot pot is a communal dining experience with an array of ingredients to simmer inside various flavors of broth. Fresh vegetables and thinly sliced meat and herbs and spices. Huntsville has several options for hot pot now, but this was the first place to bring this style of dining to the area.

This locally owned Mediterranean has more than just amazing gyros and surprisingly the best french fries around, they have great soups! This comforting soup is great as a main course or a side. Kamado Ramen: Spicy Miso Ramen

Ramen is a hearty soup with quick-cooking noodles, often loaded with vegetables, meat, and egg. These two locations vary but carry similar items.
