Designed for kiddos, this event is a celebration of fall at the Huntsville Botanical Garden. Get all your pumpkin and scarecrow photo ops, dance with a DJ, and enjoy refreshments, crafts, a costume contest, and other spooky fun!

Halloween & Haunted House at John Hunt Park

This annual Halloween party put on by Huntsville Parks and Recreation and the Huntsville Police Department invites the community out for bounce houses, food trucks, carnival games, trick-or-treating, and a haunted house.

Maple Hill Cemetery Stroll

This cemetery stroll is anything but scary! Watch as characters tell the stories of the historic figures buried in the oldest and largest cemetery in Huntsville. The Maple Hill Cemetery Stroll has become one of the largest of its kind in the country.

Join the artists and makers of Lowe Mill Arts + Entertainment for a jump start on the candy collecting with a trick or treat around historic venue. The final Outdoor Market of the season takes place the same day on the grounds from 11 am to 4 pm.

Festifall at Huntsville Botanical Garden

This special fall exhibit at the Huntsville Botanical Garden features a scarecrow trail full of fun creations submitted by organizations all around Madison County. Punkin' Pickin' Extravaganza at the North Alabama Railroad Museum

All aboard for a choo-choo ride to the pumpkin patch! At this special event at the North Alabama Railroad Museum, you'll hop on a train for a short ride down the hill to a patch where kiddos can pick out their own pumpkin to take back. This popular event sells out early, so grab your tickets ASAP. If you miss it, the Fall Color Special is another fun option this season for train-loving littles.

Pumpkin Farm at Tate Farms

Hay rides, corn cribs, apple cannons, bounce pillows, barnyard animals and SO MUCH more fills the fields of Tate Farms for pumpkin season. Bring the kiddos to play, pick pumpkins, snack on funnel cakes and slushies, and dance around to live music.

Apple Picking at Scott's Orchard
